Why Home Town Advantage? Ridley's has designed Home Town Advantage ® to help you, the customer, tell us where you would like to see us donate money in our communities. By using the Home Town Advantage ® with your Advantage Card at Ridley's, you are choosing exactly where donations are being made.
How Does Home Town Advantage Work? Ridley's will donate a percentage of each purchase you make to the non-profit organization, school, or charity of your choice. Donations will be done automatically without you having to do any extra steps while shopping, just use your advantage card while shopping at Ridley's and we will record your purchases and credit the proper fund. At the end of each quarter, Ridley's calculates the percentage of purchases and sends a check to the proper organization. Contributions earned apply only to merchandise sales after all discounts and coupons are applied. Sales do not include sales tax or customer service items (lottery tickets, stamps, money orders, etc.).
Who is eligible for Home Town Advantage ®? Any School (pre-12), church, or organization considered non-profit by the IRS is eligible for Home TownAdvantage. Ridley's reserves the right to change or discontinue the program, or individual organizations' participation upon notification to the organization.

When does the program end? The Home Town Advantage program ends every year at the end of the 4th quarter (December 31st). If you wish to support the same or a different organization you will need to sign up again following the beginning of the year. Some organizations may not have to renew their membership when relatively new to the program.
How much will I be able to Donate? The amount to be donated to your organization is calculated on a sliding scale, so the more your purchases are, the higher the percentage that Ridley's contributes.* |
